This additional level of detail gives operations and finance teams a clearer view of how each payout is composed, making it easier to trace individual transactions, investigate discrepancies, and reconcile payout activity with greater confidence.
Enhanced error messaging in the Hosted Checkout
The Hosted Checkout experience has been enhanced to provide buyers with clearer information when a payment attempt is unsuccessful.
The checkout now presents more descriptive error messaging together with guidance on the appropriate next step, such as retrying the same payment method or selecting a different one depending on the failure reason. This helps reduce ambiguity during unsuccessful payment attempts and provides buyers with a clearer path to continue the checkout.
