Refund lifecycle

Status	Description
initiated	The refund has been initiated and it's being processed.
completed	The refund was successfully processed.
declined	The refund has been rejected by the payment method or scheme due to business or validation reasons. See declined reason codes for all scenarios.
failed	The refund has been rejected due to technical reasons. See failed reason codes for all scenarios.
