Release 2025-02-17
The accounts receivables reconciliation, our first enhancement powered by email intelligence, is now available for all customers using reconciliation. Additionally, we're introducing new invoicing features in the dashboard to enhance your financial team's independence and productivity!
Standard invoices creation
We have enabled the ability to create standard invoices from the dashboard. The form provides all the options to configure the invoice that are supported through the API endpoint.
See how to create a standard invoice from the dashboard for further details.
Enhanced receivables reconciliation with email intelligence
We're happy to introduce email intelligence in the receivables reconciliation feature!
This enhancement allows us to monitor your mailbox for payment advices, automatically extracting key details to enrich the reconciliation process between invoices and bank transactions. This improves matching accuracy, reduces effort, and minimizes errors in manual reconciliation work.
To start using this feature, reach out to your account manager or contact our support team to activate receivables reconciliation.
We'd love to hear your feedback—let us know how this enhancement supports your workflow!
Quick actions included in tables
We are introducing quick actions in tables, a new feature designed to enhance your workflow efficiency. Now, you can perform essential actions directly from the table view without needing to open the details of a row. This means faster interactions and improved productivity by executing common actions in just one click.
Simply hover over the new action icon on the right side or click it to see additional actions and perform actions instantly, without opening the details or losing focus on your table view.
Quick actions will be gradually rolled out across the getpaid dashboard in the coming weeks. Stay tuned for more updates!
Public availability of payment instruments
As part of our efforts to enhance self-service capabilities on the platform, the payment instruments functionality via API has been made public, allowing users to manage it directly.
This not only includes changes to the payment instrument resource itself but also enhances the configuration within the
issue_invoices
capability, enabling a higher degree of customization.
