Issue invoices

An invoice is a formal contractual document dispatched from a seller to a buyer, notifying them of the purchase of goods or services and the corresponding obligation to make payment.

getpaid allows platforms to issue invoices in the name of their merchants or acting as sellers, this includes:

  1. Issue invoices to registered buyers with a simple and secure API.
  2. Generate invoice documents in various formats as needed.
  3. Notify buyers about issued invoices.
  4. Payments reconciliation, including monitoring for late payments associated with the invoices.
  5. Receive real-time notifications (webhooks) regarding the status of each invoice and its corresponding payment.
  6. Provide a consolidated view of the invoices issued and their payments.
